Membership Categories & Fees


We have a range of membership options available that will suit the avid golfer and for the casual golfer who wants to get started with a Club membership. We do not have a wait list for any of membership categories and the application process is simple – just complete the attached application form and send it through to admin@twinwatersgolfclub.com.au.

All new members will be required to pay a $7500 joining fee on application of membership. Our memberships run in the Calendar year and we offer a pro-rata rate for those joining mid-year.

Full Membership – $4125

  • Golf 7 days per week subject to availability
  • Complimentary use of the tennis court
  • Discounted motorised cart hire
  • Discounted practice range balls
  • Reduced green fees for up to 3 guests at a time
  • Food & beverage levy of $425

Limited Playing Membership – $1375

Limited playing members receive 30 points on their membership account that can be used to book games. 2 points will be deducted for an 18-hole tee time and 1 point for a 9-hole tee time.

Restrictions:

  • Points will only be valid for the current membership year. Once your allocation of points is used, you must pay the full public rate as advertised at that time.
  • Limited playing members cannot play in member competitions or book in members-only tee times.
  • Not eligible to enter any Honour Board Events.
  • Not entitled to bring guests at the reduced rate.

Interstate/Overseas Membership – $2005

To be eligible for this membership category, you must not reside in Queensland for more than 3 months per calendar year. Interstate/Overseas members receive 60 points on their membership account, and points will be deducted for timesheet bookings. 2 points will be deducted for an 18-hole tee time and 1 point for a 9-hole tee time.

Competition and Social Play Times

The table below reflects our regular fixtures. In Summer, we run a Stableford Competition open to members and public players. These competitions run daily in December & January.
